Chelsea has been with Pivot since 2007, supervising Pivot’s call-back service and assisting with our research projects. These duties involve interviewing and training Pivot's team of contract employee callers. Chelsea is a graduate of Portland State University, and is an avid runner (for relaxation). She describes herself as both a nerd and a jock in high school, where she was voted the class klutz.
